About Laura

Laura Eagleston is a Design & Renovation Project Manager who helps homeowners, realtors, and investors bring residential renovation projects across the finish line with clarity, strategy, and strong execution.

Her value goes beyond design. Laura helps clients figure out what actually matters, what is worth spending money on, what should be skipped, and how to move a project forward when there are vendors, trades, materials, timelines, budgets, and last-minute issues all happening at once.

With a background in design, construction, and real estate, Laura brings a rare mix of creative vision and practical project management. She understands how to make a home feel beautiful and intentional, but she also understands that every renovation decision needs to support the bigger goal, whether that is resale value, rental appeal, market readiness, or creating a more functional home for everyday living.

Laura also has formal training from the Academy of Interior Design in Los Angeles, giving her a strong foundation in space planning, material selection, finishes, and cohesive design direction.

Most recently, Laura managed a full condo renovation in Cupertino from design direction through listing preparation. Her role included finish selections, procurement, vendor and trade coordination, HOA and realtor communication, timeline support, punch list management, staging preparation, photography readiness, and final market-ready details. The project required fast problem-solving, budget-conscious decision-making, strong communication, and constant coordination between multiple parties.

Laura’s strength is stepping into the messy middle of a renovation and making it more organized. She is able to translate ideas into action, communicate clearly with clients and trades, track the details that often get missed, solve problems quickly, and keep the project focused on the end result.

She also speaks Spanish and is comfortable coordinating with Spanish-speaking trades and construction crews, which helps reduce miscommunication and keep work moving on site.
